Manufacturing ERP Sales Specialist
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I’m introducing a new enterprise-grade ERP platform built specifically for manufacturing companies and I need a sales professional who already knows how to position, demo, and close enterprise solutions in this niche. You understand the manufacturing decision-maker’s pain points—production planning, inventory accuracy, shop-floor visibility—and can translate feature sets into clear ROI arguments that resonate with plant managers, CFOs, and operations leaders alike.
Your core mission is to take our current list of warm manufacturing prospects, expand it through your own outreach, and convert qualified opportunities into signed subscriptions or licenses. I’ll supply product training, demo access, marketing collateral, and case studies; you bring the industry contacts, the consultative selling approach, and a proven track record in ERP deal cycles.
Acceptance criteria for success:
• At least five qualified manufacturing leads added to the pipeline in the first month
• A minimum of two full product demos scheduled and delivered each month
• One closed-won ERP deal within the first quarter, documented with signed paperwork and CRM updates
We’re already set up on Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, so familiarity with those tools will help you hit the ground running. Commissions are uncapped and milestones can be structured around the targets above. Let me know about your most relevant ERP wins in manufacturing and the average deal sizes you’ve handled, and we can start planning your onboarding right away.
