Make western countries cold callings

I am looking for a freelancer who can assist me in making cold calls to target audiences such as individual consumers, small businesses, and large corporations. The purpose of these cold calls is to make sales and generate leads. Although I have a rough idea of what I want to say during the calls, a script needs to be created to ensure consistency and professionalism.
