My consultancy fills permanent positions for MSME manufacturing companies, and the next growth step is simple: I need signed enrollment agreements from the recruitment heads of those firms so we can begin receiving assignments.

Your task is to convert your existing contacts—or the prospects you source—into active, contracted clients. A proven sales track record in the B2B space is essential, ideally within manufacturing or HR services, because success will be measured only by the number and quality of agreements you close.

I’ll give you full access to our CRM so every lead, interaction, and milestone is transparent and easy to track. Use it to log calls, schedule demos, and store signed documents; I’ll monitor progress and step in when senior-level support is needed.

Deliverables
• A clear outreach plan for the first 30 days
• Weekly CRM updates showing pipeline status
• At least three signed enrollment agreements in the initial quarter

Acceptance Criteria
An agreement counts when it is signed by the company’s designated recruitment head and uploaded to the CRM, with contact details verified. Payments are released per closed agreement, so your earnings scale directly with your results.
