I need a driven closer who can jump on every digital inquiry for our kickboxing & MMA facility and turn that curiosity into an active membership. Fast follow-up is critical for us—calls must go out within ten minutes of each lead’s sign-up, and I expect you to keep that sense of urgency every day.
Here’s how the flow works: you’ll speak with prospects about their fitness or combat-sports goals, qualify whether they’re a good fit, then lock in their first class on our timetable. Once they’ve had a taste of the mats, you’ll present and sell the longer-term membership options. Fluency in English and Hindi is essential, and Bengali gives you an edge because many of our walk-ins speak it. If you’ve sold gym packages, high-ticket programs, or even insurance, you’ll feel right at home making 20-30 relationship-building calls daily.
Deliverables I will review weekly:
• Call logs showing sub-10-minute contact time for each new lead
• Confirmed class bookings entered into our CRM and calendar
• Membership contracts closed, with notes on objections and next steps
