MARKETING/SALES COORDINATOR & CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Budget: $15 – $25 AUD
Australasian ecommerce software firm is urgently seeking an energetic, dedicated, switched-on person for the position of Marketing/Sales Coordinator and customer support, whose skills are commensurate with the below mentioned attributes. An action oriented, proactive individual who can think out of the box is most preferred.
This position is initially be for approximately 15-20 hours per week, however this will quickly grow to a full time position for the right candidate joining our team, based on their contribution.
Skills & capabilities
⦁ Experience in Marketing & client relations with Australian and New Zealand clients.
⦁ Advanced excel & Math skills.
⦁ High level of accuracy with English grammar and spelling.
⦁ Attention to detail.
⦁ Available Monday to Friday NZ/SYD time business hours.
⦁ Experience in and interest in online marketing.
⦁ A high level of ethics and professionalism.
⦁ Excellent communication & time management skills.

Tasks & duties
⦁ Market research of competitors and customer needs.
⦁ Supporting the project coordinator to ensure timely completion of client projects.
⦁ Customer contact & service.
⦁ Preparing quotes, orders, drafting client proposals & invoices.
⦁ Managing & maintaining the customer database.
⦁ Planning, organising and proactively running business marketing activities, bringing your own ideas to the table.
⦁ Analysis of existing customers and their needs, for new business opportunities.
⦁ Business promotion.
Our ideal candidate will:
-Be able to grow our sales through care and attention to customer needs & identifying opportunities through those interactions.
-Have lots of creative ideas, be proactive and able to think outside of the box.
-Be able to work most of the day within NZT/SYD time zones.
-Have experience with Web marketing, improving websites. An eye for quality through design & detail.
-Have impeccable English, fast reliable internet and excellent computer with a large screen.
