Looking for someone to help with setting up an Email Marketing Campaign

We're a creative design agency. We don't have any sort of marketing efforts setup since we're already very busy with the current work load. We have a constant inflow of inbound leads and a lot of leads slip through the crack. We also don't constantly marketing them with any of our offering and/or products we have available for them or plan to launch.
We're looking for an extraordinary copywriter and email marketing expert to setup campaign for inbound leads. Need to also be familiar with most CRM's and automation.
The project will start with a initial phase that lasts 4 weeks. But if we find the right guy, we'd love to expand the engagement to 6 months or even a full time position in our agency.
