I will provide them guidance on what they need to do to sell the services, they should be able to do the following daily.
They need to have a LinkedIn profile that matches the company and represents it.
They need to send customized sales messages from LinkedIn to multiple key clients in scope
Provide daily reporting on who they contacted and outcome
Need to book a minimum of 10 meetings a month (Leads)
Need to close 3 sales a month minimum anything more will add to commission
Email, phone and continuously search for sales.
The above is some of the scope this can change and is the candidate is expected to follow for the cost.
This has the potential to make a lot of money in commissions.
The current monthly salary will be $750 CAD.
