Looking for Telemarketer or Sales Representative

We are a US-based company urgently looking for Telemarketers/Sales Representatives/Customer Service Representatives from India and Middle East who can help us promote and grow our brand.
Job Description:
1. Make phone calls and answer phone calls.
2. Chat and text support.
3. Promote and sell products using solid arguments to prospective customers.
4. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
5. Develop a rapport with customers, demonstrating a friendly and helpful manner to put them at ease.
6. Familiarize yourself with current information about services and products available for customers.
7. Knowledge about the flow of goods and services with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
8. Knowledge about new promotional trends and best practices.
9. Continuously improve through feedback.
10. Having knowledge about vapes or electronic vaporizer devices is a huge plus!
Requirements:
1. Proven work experience as a Telemarketer/Sales Representative/Customer Service Representative.
2. Good working device and fast internet connection.
3. Willing to work in US hours.
4. Excellent or good English-communication skills in both oral and writing.
5. Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
6. Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.
7. Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
8. Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
