Performance Expectation
We expect a minimum of 8 closed deals per month from live transfers. If the transfer agent reaches 9+ deals in a month, the $100 USD bonus increases to $150 USD per deal for all live transfers that become deals (retroactively).
Long-Term Work
Our current VA in the Philippines has been with us for over 15 months. We’re building a stable team, not short-term gigs.
Pay & Bonuses
We pay some of the LARGEST performance bonuses in this industry, and you’re paid within 3 business days.
* $3 USD per hour - $240 USD monthly (paid every 3rd Wednesday via Freelancer)
* $100 USD bonus per successful transfer (paid within 3 business days)
* Daily bonus payouts
* $150 USD per deal (retroactive) if 9+ deals are hit in a month
What You’ll Do
1. Call and text prospects who recently requested info (NO cold calling).
2. WORK HIGH QUALITY LEADS - Prospects provided name, address, email, phone, DOB, hobby, etc.
3. Use an automated dialer (1 line, back-to-back calls).
4. Do NOT leave voicemails.
5. Leave follow-up texts.
6. Live transfer the prospects to our closer.
7. Earn bonuses on every successful closed deal.
8. Use the word RELENTLESS in your bid for this project.
