Learning and development journey

I'm looking to develop a learning and development journey for mid-level managers that promotes employee engagement. The journey should feature a mixed format delivery method that will provide employees the opportunity to leverage online courses, workshops, and other interactive activities to gain important skills and strengthen leadership abilities. This learning journey should also emphasize the importance of active engagement in order to increase employee performance on the job.I have 80% of the content , only need someone to make PPT
