Lead generation expert needed ( Commission based pricing)

I run a digital marketing agency called VoltsPromo, we work with ecommerce based clients. I am looking for someone who can generate leads and get bookings. I will be paying a 40% commission on each client we sign. You would need a range of skills such as copywriting emails, cold calling and appointment setting, you might need to at some point join those meetings yourself so you need to be confident in communicating with clients, we will provide information and scripts for you to read off. Lastly we want to look for somebody who we can build a long term relationship and move to different job roles an potentially be a full time employee.
