Lead generation

My goal with this project is to generate motor vehicle accident leads to promote a service like getting compensation to the victims who have been in accident . Specifically, I am looking to use email marketing, cold calling or any other method to reach potential customers. The service I wish to promote is in law firm sector. My ultimate aim is to make connections to further my business objectives.
