Budget: ₹900 – ₹18,000 INR
ByteDepth, a dynamic digital agency specializing in website development and digital marketing, is seeking a motivated Lead Generator to join our team. In this commission-based role, you will play a crucial part in driving business growth by identifying and securing potential clients.
**Responsibilities:**
Generate leads through various channels for website development and digital marketing services.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through effective communication.
Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Achieve monthly lead generation targets.
**Compensation:**
Commission-based: 5% of successful lead conversions.
No fixed salary for the first 2 months.
**Incentives:**
- Those achieving a target of 20 successful leads within the initial 2 months will transition to a fixed salary model.
**Requirements:**
Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in the digital services industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Familiarity with website development and digital marketing concepts is a plus.
