Lead Generation Specialist (Website Design & Video Production) – Base + Commission

Your Role:
Identify high-potential clients (SMEs, Luxury Brands) with outdated digital presence.
Conduct initial outreach using my portfolio and "high-energy" creative brand voice.
Schedule discovery calls or "warm" introductions for me to close.
Find 50–100 businesses a week that have outdated websites or no video content. You put these into a spreadsheet for me.
The Closer (Appointment Setting): Use the list to send my personalized, high-energy pitches and book a meeting on my calendar.
Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B lead generation or sales.
Excellent English and professional communication skills.
Ability to work independently and maintain a lead tracker.
Compensation:
Weekly retainer: $30 - $50
Commission: [15% of project value] per closed deal. Average project size is [$500 - $2,500+].
