What We’re Looking For:
1. Commitment to our Mission: You must genuinely embrace our vision of delivering meaningful narratives that spark thought and conversation.
2. Ethical Marketing: We value integrity! Spam is a no-go. You can use email lists, but only if recipients have opted in, and unsubscribing should be a breeze. Engage potential readers by highlighting the transformative power of our stories.
3. Open Communication: This isn't a one-and-done job. We want to collaborate! Keeping in touch with our team is crucial, and we value your input and responsiveness.
4. Sales Goals: We have ambitious targets for our first e-book launch, and we need your expertise to achieve them.

5. Compensation Structure: You will receive 25% of the total profits after taxes, with the brand covering store and PayPal fees. Here’s how it works:
- For instance, if we sell 100 books at $12 each, generating $1200 in total revenue, your share would be 25% of the profits, which amounts to approximately $300.
- However, you will be responsible for your own freelancer fees and income tax. After these deductions, your take-home pay will likely be around $150 to $300, depending on your plan and tax bracket.
In simpler terms, you can expect an approximate earnings range of $1.50 to $6 per sale you successfully facilitate.
6. Budget Management: You’ll be responsible for your marketing budget. Remember, effective marketing is key! We won’t cover costs, but if you face unexpected losses, we’ll make every effort to assist you.
7. A Trial Phase: To ensure we find the right fit, we’ll start with a trial phase where you’ll aim to achieve 50 sales within 24 hours. If you meet this challenge, we’ll bring you on board!
