International Sales & Business Development Specialist
Budget: ₹75,000 – ₹150,000 INR
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming leads via WhatsApp, Instagram, website inquiries, and email
- Identify and reach out to new prospects internationally through outbound efforts
- Conduct video or voice calls with interested students to explain program details
- Build strong relationships with leads and maintain regular follow-ups
- Address objections, resolve doubts, and convert prospects into enrollments
- Maintain a lead database and track conversations through CRM or spreadsheets
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or consultative selling
- Confidence in handling both inbound inquiries and cold outreach
- Excellent follow-up, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities
- Must be available to work full-time (Monday to Saturday) from our Noida office
