Indore Healthcare Field Sales Executive
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m looking for an energetic Field Sales Executive based in Indore who can drive up our healthcare-service revenue in the local market.
Your core mission is simple: convert more prospects into paying clients and keep the pipeline full, all while representing our brand with professionalism and empathy.
What you’ll be doing
• Visit Doctor clinics, Medical stores and corporate accounts across Indore, pitching our portfolio of value-led healthcare services.
• Build and nurture relationships with doctors, purchase managers and other key decision makers to maximise recurring sales.
• Negotiate commercial terms that work for both the client and our organisation, then close the deal and hand it over smoothly to the operations team.
• Keep daily activity records updated in our CRM so we can track progress and refine strategy quickly.
What you’ll bring
• Excellent communication skills that win trust fast—both face-to-face and over the phone.
• Strong negotiation skills to secure win-win contracts and prevent margin leaks.
• Existing healthcare industry knowledge is a bonus, but a willingness to learn fast is essential.
• Self-motivation and the ability to plan your own travel routes across Indore each day.
Compensation
You’ll receive a fixed monthly retainer, plus a performance-linked commission on every closed deal. The better your sales numbers, the higher your take-home pay—there’s no cap on commissions.
Location
Indore only. Daily field visits are mandatory, so candidates outside Indore will not be considered.
