**itaexperience.com** is a platform dedicated to promoting authentic Italian experiences for indonesian and international travelers.
We are looking for a **freelancer based in Indonesia**, or a **native Indonesian speaker**, with experience in the **travel & tourism sector**, to support us in identifying, contacting, and creating partnerships with **Indonesian travel agencies** that organize or promote tours to Italy.

Main Objective
The main goal of this project is to **build a qualified list of Indonesian travel agencies**, **contact them directly**, and **schedule video meetings** between the agencies and the **itaexperience.com** team to discuss potential collaborations.

Main Tasks
* Research Indonesian travel agencies that organize or promote travel packages and tours to Italy
* Create a **qualified database** including the agency’s name, website, and contact details
* Contact agencies directly** (via email, phone, WhatsApp, or social media) to introduce
* itaexperience.com** and propose a partnership
* Schedule video meetings** between agency representatives and the ItaExperience team
* Translate or adapt promotional materials into Indonesian if needed
* Provide a daily report** including:
* Agency name
* Contact person and role
* Email and phone number
* Contact status (contacted / follow-up / interested / meeting scheduled)

Deliverables
The freelancer will be required to provide:
* A **daily report** (Excel or Google Sheet) with the list of agencies contacted and current status
* A **weekly summary report** highlighting key results and confirmed meetings

Requirements
* Native Indonesian speaker with **excellent English skills**
* Strong communication, networking, and negotiation abilities
* Experience in **tourism, sales, or B2B partnerships**
* Knowledge of Italian is a plus

Duration and Compensation
* Initial project duration: **1 month**, with potential for ongoing collaboration
* **Compensation:** fixed fee + **€10 per confirmed video meeting** between the agency and ItaExperience
