Budget: $5,000 – $10,000 USD
You must currently live in India for this long-term project. This is a UNIQUE Sales-Skip Tracer position. Locate the unclaimed property owner in India. And the USA government agency will return valuable unclaimed property directly to the authorized unclaimed property owners via check.
Your COMMISSION per completed client case is $200 to $6,000+. Your commission is based on the size of the unclaimed property claim. The unclaimed property owner does NOT pay anything until their unclaimed funds are sent directly to them from a USA government agency.
Your job is to call, text, and email, owners of unclaimed property, living in India about valuable property being held in their name and India home address, by a government agency in the USA.
The unclaimed property owners are people who at one time lived in the USA. They opened bank accounts, securities, insurance, escrow, or another type of financial account in the USA. The accounts and assets in the USA have NOT been accessed by the unclaimed property owners for at least 3 years.
And by law, the unclaimed property was forwarded from a financial account to a USA government agency for safekeeping. The unclaimed property owners will recall the financial accounts when contacted by you. However, many property owners may be deceased, and you will be searching for the property owner's heir. We have the property owner's name and the mailing address in India that the property owner placed on the financial account when they lived in the USA.
Upon the unclaimed property owner providing proof of identity, and the required support documentation. The USA government agency will send a check directly to the authorized owner in India, for the unclaimed property. And our company will be paid directly by the USA government agency.
At that time Rob Daniel will pay you $200 to $6,000+ commission per claim via Freelancer. Your commission is based on the cash amount of the Unclaimed Property claim.
