Commission Sales Role – Medical Devices
For Independent Sales Reps, Sales Contractors, or Freelance Sales Professionals
What This Is:
Pure commission-only sales role
5% commission per completed sale!!!
Uncapped earnings
Independent contractor / consultant-style role
You hunt, qualify, and close medical device sales
Remote / flexible (Australia-wide)
Critical Requirements:
No base salary – ever
You must have alternative income during the ramp period
Commission-based mindset (this is not a job, it’s a sales role)
Ability to build your own pipeline and close deals
Confident, proactive communicator
Strong follow-up and closing ability
Comfortable selling healthcare and medical equipment ethically
This Role Is NOT For:
If you want hot or handed leads
If you want a salary or hourly rate
If you expect admin or data-focused work
If you can’t handle 30–60+ days without commission income
If you need constant supervision or hand-holding
If you’re an account manager and not a hunter
If you avoid qualifying prospects properly

CPAP machines, masks & sleep therapy supplies
Patient-care and diagnostic products

Support Provided:
Product information and pricing
Marketing materials and website support
Clear commission tracking
Ongoing product guidance as required
