Inbound Recruiter

We need someone to help us respond to all the candidates who are contacting us applying for a job.
This is a 100% inbound role making calls to candidates who apply to work at our company.
The right person for this role will be fluent in English and will be available to make calls during US Business Working Hours. Please note, that the exact timing is flexible (PST vs EST for example) - what is most important is that we are able to call everyone who reaches out to us.
This will be our third project working with Freelancer and we have been enjoying the experience. We pay an hourly rate and release bonuses ~1x month.
