Trained by Sathish is looking for a Remote Sales Closer to handle inbound leads from our DM ads and book qualified prospects into our flagship Coaching Program.
We help busy men over 30 with desk jobs lose 10+ kg, fix their health markers, and regain confidence—without crash diets or complicated calorie tracking.

Your Role
Speak to warm leads on call who’ve already shown interest in working with us.
Understand their pain points, lifestyle, and goals through a proven script and sales process.
Build real rapport, educate them on the value of the program, and handle objections with empathy and authority.
Convert high-quality leads into paying clients—on the spot or via strategic follow-ups.
Maintain tracking systems to ensure clean hand-offs and follow-up efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Reach out & Nurture to prospects via whatsapp who have scheduled the call to increase show up rate
Conduct 1-on-1 sales calls (Google Meet or WhatsApp) to present the coaching offer.
Handle objections respectfully and guide them to the next step if it’s the right fit.
Maintain a minimum 30-40% close rate on qualified calls.
Using Google Sheets with clear lead statuses and call notes.
Compensation & Perks
Performance-Based Pay: Generous per-sale commission structure (Rs.1,200 to Rs.2000 per close, depending on the package).

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You Are…
A confident closer with at least 1 year of experience selling coaching or mid or high-ticket services (Offer worth ₹20,000+).
Fluent in English with excellent written and spoken communication (no slang or broken grammar).
A people-person who can ask deep questions and connect emotionally with leads.
Performance-driven, money-motivated, and comfortable being held accountable to results.
Able to self-manage and work solo without needing hand-holding every day.
