Hungary Franchise Lead Conversion Specialist

I represent Next Engineers, a global network that sparks children’s love for science, engineering and coding through franchised Learning Centers. Our Hungarian enquiries are growing fast and I need a native-Hungarian, English-fluent professional who can turn those warm leads into scheduled Zoom meetings with our head office.
Your core mission starts the moment a prospect requests information. You will call them promptly, share the key facts about the concept, answer first-level questions and—above all—ignite enough excitement to book a joint Zoom session with our management team. When required, you may join the Zoom call and help keep the dialogue on track, then stay in touch through follow-up calls until the candidate reaches a clear yes/no decision.
What will make you excel here is a confident phone presence, persuasive yet supportive communication style, and the ability to recognise three traits we value in every future franchisee: proven experience in education or training, strong entrepreneurial drive, and genuine passion for children’s development.
I will supply you with brand decks, talking points and a calendar link; you bring the sales discipline and relationship-building skill to represent us flawlessly in Hungary. Expect ongoing collaboration and a long-term role if we work well together.
