Hotel Membership Sales Specialist in Goa

We are seeking a dedicated sales representative to promote our Elite hotel membership program, which offers exclusive benefits and discounts to domestic tourists at De Souza hotels and resorts. As travel continues to surge locally, this role focuses on leveraging in-person sales presentations to drive new membership sign-ups.
We are looking for ambitious sales person, that will use his online sales skills and bring as many patients as possible and be happy to work for a commission of 10% of total revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct compelling in-person sales presentations to engage domestic tourists.
Identify and establish partnerships with local travel agencies to expand outreach and boost sales.
Use innovative strategies to communicate the value of Elite Commission memberships, including substantial discounts on dining, accommodation, and wellness services.
Skills and Experience Required:
Proven sales experience, ideally within the hospitality or tourism industry.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with an ability to connect effectively with potential members.
Experience in building partnerships with travel agencies is highly advantageous.
