Key Responsibilities:
- Make both cold calls to new leads and follow-up calls to interested prospects
- Engage in freeform conversations with potential customers, utilizing strong communication skills and persuasive tactics
- Focus on discussing room availability and features, special offers and discounts, as well as booking process and policies
Ideal Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Ability to engage in freeform conversations without a pre-prepared script
- Persistence and resilience in following up with interested prospects
