We are seeking a skilled Lead Generation Specialist who is fluent in Italian to help us identify and generate high-quality leads for our business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing at least 10 hot leads daily, utilizing effective communication and research techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients through online research, social media, and networking platforms.
Engage with prospects in Italian to establish rapport and qualify leads.
Develop and implement strategies to generate interest and convert prospects into hot leads.
Maintain detailed records of outreach efforts and lead status in our CRM system.
Collaborate daily to ensure seamless handoff of leads and provide insights on lead quality.
Requirements:
Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential.
Proven experience in lead generation or sales, preferably in a related industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet daily lead generation targets.
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation software is a plus.
