I have a steady flow of first-time home buyers who have already expressed interest in a mortgage; what I need now is a skilled telecaller who can take them from “interested” to “application submitted.” Your main focus will be closing the sale during the call, not just warming the lead.
During each conversation you’ll confirm the prospect’s basic eligibility criteria for our loan products, explain how our process works, and guide them to complete the application while you’re still on the line. When necessary, you’ll schedule follow-ups to collect any missing information, but the aim is to finish the call with a committed borrower.

• Brief end-of-week summary highlighting objections you encountered and how you handled them
