The peak makhana popping season runs from July to October, and we need to deploy field sales agents across key agricultural hubs immediately to sell our machines.
We have manufactured an innovative, portable, high-efficiency Makhana Popping Machine that automates processing for raw black makhana seeds (ghuri). The machine features a portable 50kg steel frame, runs on a reliable Havells motor (2-year guarantee), and processes 250g of ghuri every 15 seconds.
We are hiring aggressive, results-driven field sales professionals or local agencies to sell these machines directly to farmers, processing hubs, and agricultural cooperatives in:West Bengal (All major growing regions)Bihar (All regions EXCEPT Benipur, Purnia, and Katihar)Assam (All major growing regions)
YOUR JOB:Go into the field, find makhana processors or farmers, and sell the machines.
COMPENSATION STRUCTURE:100% Commission-Based: You earn 5% of the total profit per machine.Example Payout: If the profit per machine is ₹50,000, your payout is ₹2,500 per machine sold. There is no fixed salary, and there is no cap on your earnings. You get paid immediately upon a successful sale.
REQUIREMENTS:Must speak Hindi, Bengali, or Assamese.Must have existing experience or a strong network in agricultural sales, local mandis, or rural farming communities in these states.Must be ready to start field marketing operations immediately.
