Hiring Digital Marketing Sales reps(Commission only)

My company is a digital advertising agency. Where I provide e-commerce business owners with Google Ads management services. I'm seeking for someone to assist me with the sales process right now. You'd be in charge of generating leads and converting them into paying clients. You will receive a 15% commission and a monthly recurring commission for each successful agreement as long as the customer continues with us. Packages range in price from $2.5k to $5k. That is to say, for each concluded agreement, you will get a one-time payment of $375 to $750 as well as a monthly recurring commission.
