Hiring Bilingual OFM Chat Experts (English-Spanish)
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
We’re hiring high-performance OF chatters to join our fast-growing team! Preferably BILINGUAL (English-Spanish), but all qualified applicants are welcome.
WHAT WE OFFER:
— Earn up to 12% commission on net sales as one of our top-performing agents!
— Standard pay starts at $2.50-$5.00/hr + 1-5% commission (based on your experience/performance — scalable)
— Fortnightly pay ALWAYS ON TIME!
— Fully remote setup
— 10-hr shifts with 1 hr paid break
— Choose between 5 or 6 days per week
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
— OFM chatting sales/chatting experience is a strong advantage
— Strong written English communication (B2-C1+)
— Consistency, reliability, and strong shift performance
— Sales mindset with confidence in fast-paced chatting environments
