? Your Responsibilities:
High-volume messaging & sales – Engage in conversations, pitch our services, and close deals.
Operations & team support – Help manage daily tasks in our small but fast-moving team.
Growth & strategy – Take responsibility for bringing in more clients/sales and hitting new targets.
Onboarding & process management – Assist with onboarding clients and optimizing workflows.

Fluent English & strong communication skills
Sales & persuasion skills – Experience in direct messaging sales is a plus.
People skills – Ability to build relationships and handle conversations effectively.
Telegram & online business experience – Prior work in remote teams or online businesses is essential.
