We are Pastors who lead a ministry dedicated to restoring, strengthening, and rebuilding marriages through biblical principles, healing work, and practical tools.
We are launching a transformational 6-Week Marriage Maintenance Bootcamp for Christian married couples, and we’re looking for a skilled closer who genuinely cares about people, their families, and their spiritual well-being.
This is not a hard-sell environment; it’s a calling to help couples step into healing, unity, and long-term success.
This 6-week program is designed to help Christian couples rebuild connection, communication, emotional intimacy, trust, and alignment. The program focuses on healing, identity, biblical roles, conflict resolution, intimacy restoration, and long-term maintenance strategies.

We host a weekly live marriage webinar that people register for, some attend, some don’t. All leads have already expressed interest in improving their marriage. Your role is to compassionately and confidently guide them into the bootcamp.
We are looking for a confident, heart-centered, results-driven closer who will:
Call webinar registrants (attended & no-shows)
200+ leads to start with already
Answer objections with maturity, clarity, and empathy
Help couples understand the value of the bootcamp
Encourage them to take the next step toward healing and breakthrough
Represent our ministry and brand with integrity
This is a commission-only position with significant earning potential for the right closer who knows how to convert warm Christian audiences.
25% Commission on every paid bootcamp enrollment
No cap. No limits. The more you close, the more you earn.
We are looking for someone hungry, ethical, and motivated.
We are looking for someone who embodies:
Strong sales/closing experience (coaching, courses, high-ticket programs preferred)
Excellent communication skills
Empathy and emotional intelligence
Ability to speak confidently with married couples
Comfort talking about faith, marriage, restoration, and healing
Alignment with Christian values
Professional, warm, and trustworthy demeanor
Self-motivated and disciplined
