I'm seeking a seasoned professional with a robust network of High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) investors, particularly in the Delhi NCR/Noida/Gurgaon region. The focus of this project is on selling land as an investment product, with a minimum ticket size of 50 lacs.
Key Requirements:
- Extensive experience in selling real estate, specifically land.
- Strong relationship management skills, with an emphasis on client acquisition.
- An established network of HNI investors.
- Based in or able to operate in the Delhi NCR/Noida/Gurgaon region.
Ideal Skills:
- Sales and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the real estate market.
- Ability to generate and follow up on leads.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Please note, while client retention and conflict resolution skills are beneficial, the primary focus will be on acquiring new clients and selling the investment product.
