Aura Management is hiring experienced OFM Chat Agents for a high-converting subscription platform.
We're not looking for beginners. We want mid to pro-level chatters who know how to build momentum, keep conversations alive, and turn engagement into consistent sales.

COMPENSATION:
$2.50 up to $5.00/hr + 1-3% commission (scalable earnings based on performance. the better you perform, the higher you earn)
Top performers unlock high flat-commission structures (earn up to 10% commission on net sales!)
Paid biweekly - ALWAYS ON TIME!
SCHEDULE:
10-hr shifts (with an hour paid break)
Flexible: you can choose 5 or 6 days per week
