hello, I have GHL connected to Instagram and several automations. I have a problem and it is that when the user schedules a sales call, GHL does not detect it and duplicates the contact, that is, once the user schedules, two contacts are made. The automation of the agenda reminder is sent through WhatsApp, email (and it should also be sent through Instagram and it is not sent because it does not detect that it is that user). Is there a solution?

I have an automation for when they schedule a call, I send WhatsApp, email and Instagram DM, the Instagram DM is not recognized by gohighlevel and it separates the contact. They don't know that the person on Instagram is the same one who scheduled the call, can I explain?

I also need several more actions such as, moving "send agenda" automatically in the pipeline, that is, GHL detects that I have sent an agenda link via Instagram, and automatically moves it to this pipeline.

And finally, an automation of reviews for Google (with follow-up to clients via WhatsApp)

In total there are 3 things that I want to implement.
1- Duplication of contacts and Instagram Md, (when a sales agenda is made)
2- Automatic pipeline update
3- Google revie..ws. (If the user puts 1,2,3 stars, they must go to a customer service form and not publish those revi..ews)
