Global Software IT Sales Recruitment

I need a recruiter who can quickly deliver a strong pipeline of software-sales professionals with proven success across India, North America, Europe and the Asia-Pacific region. I’m specifically interested in candidates who understand the full cycle of software sales—from prospecting and demos to closing enterprise-level deals—and who already have relationships or deep familiarity with at least two of the listed regions.

Because our hiring timeline is ASAP, I’m looking for someone who can move fast, leverage multiple sourcing channels, and present qualified talent ready to interview within days, not weeks.

Deliverables I will review:
• A curated shortlist (5–10) of vetted software-sales candidates, each with résumé/CV and a brief competency summary.
• Confirmation that every candidate has hands-on software sales experience and regional exposure to North America, Europe and/or Asia-Pacific.
• Your sourcing notes so I understand where each profile originated and why you believe they fit.
