Full time Lead Relationship Specialist

MUST HAVE FLUENT ENGLISH WITH LITTLE TO NO ACCENT
We are looking to hire 2 Lead Relationship Specialists
We are looking for TEAM MEMBERS that are looking to join a team for the long run and grow within our company
Must be comfortable having screen monitor system downloaded and running during work hours.
No Distraction(doing side jobs, external noise)
You will be:
-Calling leads that have came through our marketing efforts and pre qualifying them for our offer
-Input all prequalified leads in company CRM
- Taking notes on everything that is talked about
- BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS WITH OUR CUSTOMERS

|| Responsibilities ||
Attending weekly VIDEO mandatory team meetings, camera must be on
Do outbound cold calls to homeowners
Confidently use our scripts to convert prospects to leads!
Handle objections efficiently
Properly disposition calls on our system
Listen and evaluate voicemails for outbound callouts
|| Qualifications ||
10/10 ENGLISH
Passionate about selling
Confident to start and hold a conversation
Able to read people’s emotions through their voices and respond appropriately
Able to handle objections and rejections effectively
Ability to follow instructions, and adherent to processes and policies
Motivated, disciplined, coachable, trainable, and a go-getter!
Excellent organizational and time management skills

9am - 2pm EASTERN TIME USA (MONDAY-SATURDAY)
2am-2pm EASTERN TIME USA (MONDAY-SATURDAY)
30 hours per week total
HOURLY PAY + PERFORMANCE BONUSES
