What you’ll be doing
– Engage prospects and existing clients by phone, chat, or in person, hitting daily contact and conversion targets.
– Log every interaction accurately in our CRM and update spreadsheets or billing software without errors.
– Coordinate with the marketing unit during product promotions, roadshows, and online campaigns.
– Prepare invoices, reconcile payments, and keep records audit-ready.
– Provide friendly, on-brand support that turns first-time buyers into loyal customers.

What I’m looking for
• Clear, confident spoken English or Hindi and a knack for rapport-building.
• Basic computer skills—Excel, Google Workspace, and any popular CRM or billing tool.
• Reliability: you show up on time, meet quotas, and keep data tidy.
• A positive attitude that fits a fast-moving sales floor.
