Full-Time Outbound Phone Appointment Setter Needed (Warm Leads)
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 CAD
We’re seeking an experienced outbound appointment setter to join our team. This is a full-time position with both a base salary and bonus. You’ll be working with warm and extremely warm leads, following up to schedule calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make 100-150 outbound calls daily.
- Schedule 2-3 daily appointments for our sales/closer team.
- Efficiently follow up on warm leads.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in appointment setting or telemarketing.
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus, especially if you’ve completed courses from a 'known' app setting 'gurus'.
- Native or near-native English speaker with no accent.
