HR Freelancer for Field Sales Recruitment

I'm seeking an experienced HR freelancer to assist with recruiting mid-level candidates for our credit rectification office in various locations in India, namely Bangalore, Mangalore, Hubli, Dharwad, Belgaum, and Bellary. The ideal candidates should have a strong background in field sales.
Scope of Work:
- Source and screen resumes from local job boards
- Conduct initial interviews
- Provide a shortlist of candidates meeting our criteria
Skills Required:
- Proven experience in recruitment, particularly in field sales
