Job Description:
We are Eco Trip Adventures, a fast-growing travel startup based in India, looking for passionate and motivated freelance travel sales agents to join our team on a commission-only basis. If you love travel, are great at closing deals, and want flexible work with high earning potential, this is for you!
What You’ll Do:
Sell domestic and international holiday packages
Follow up with leads (we can provide or you can bring your own)
Help customers with itinerary planning and customization
Coordinate with our in-house team for bookings and DMCs
Close a minimum of 4 bookings per month
What We Offer:
High commissions (2%–7%) based on performance
Full support with pricing, itineraries, and operations
No cap on earnings — the more you sell, the more you earn

Commission Structure (On Selling Price):
1–4 Bookings/month → 2%
5–7 Bookings/month → 5%
8–10+ Bookings/month → 7%
Ideal Candidate:
Has experience in the travel industry (min 1 year preferred)
Good communication and follow-up skills
Self-driven and result-oriented
Has a laptop/mobile and internet connection
Bonus: Prior experience with DMCs, OTA platforms, or international travel planning
