Freelance Trainers Needed for Sales Training

We are seeking freelance trainers to teach relationship officers on sales skills across various locations in India. The ideal candidate should be fluent in a local language and able to deliver pre-provided content effectively.
Places: Agartala, Siliguri, Ranchi, Deogarh, Jamshedpur, Gaziabad, Silchar, Patna, Bhagalpur, Ahmedabad, Mysore
Key Responsibilities:
- Train relationship officers on sales techniques
- Conduct specific script practicing and roleplays
- Engage in local language
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in training
- Experience with graduates and under-graduates in banking and micro-finance is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills
The primary focus of the training will be on roleplays, particularly in customer interaction and handling objections. Therefore, experience in these areas will be beneficial.
