Freelance Recruitment Partner (Remote)
StrongBodyAI is an international AI-powered platform connecting health and wellness professionals with digital opportunities worldwide. As we continue to expand in Turkey, we are looking for Freelance Recruitment Partners to help grow our professional network.
In this role, you will source and engage qualified professionals, including doctors, nutritionists, dietitians, fitness trainers, yoga instructors, therapists, psychologists, and beauty specialists. You will introduce the StrongBodyAI platform, explain its benefits, and guide candidates through the registration, profile setup, and onboarding process.
Candidates may be identified through LinkedIn, social media, professional communities, job boards, referrals, and personal networks.
This is a fully remote freelance opportunity offering flexible working hours and both part-time and full-time collaboration.
Compensation is based on performance. You will receive USD 40 for each professional who successfully joins the platform and becomes active.
We welcome candidates with experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, sales, business development, or customer relations. Knowledge of the healthcare or wellness sector is an advantage.
