We are a manufacturer of automatic smoothie machines. We provide a new and innovative way to consume healthy drinks on the go.
Job Responsibilities:
✅ Follow up on leads received from various channels, ensuring prompt and effective communication.
✅Coordinate and set up meetings for our sales representatives with decision-makers at potential client companies.
✅Proactively locate potential clients and initiate outreach via phone or email.
✅ Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner, ensuring excellent customer service.
✅ Maintain ownership of service calls throughout the lifecycle of a caller’s request, coordinating with the escalation team when necessary.
✅ Provide suggestions for improvements to our systems and processes to boost efficiency.
✅ Familiarize our product manual and machine's operation.
✅ Spot opportunities to drive sales and revenue for the company.
Qualifications:
✅ Strong active-listening skills.
✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
✅ Proficiency in problem-solving.
✅ Excellent organizational and technical skills.
✅ Must have experience in outbound sales, both emails and phone calls.
✅ Experience working in a call center environment is a plus.
Location Specifics:
Candidates should be living in or near Makati/Quezon City, or be willing to relocate. Our training center is located in this area, making it imperative for initial and periodic training sessions.
