What You’ll Get

Responsibilities
• Engage and convert qualified leads via WhatsApp and Zoom
• Maintain structured follow-ups and weekly performance reports
• Submit daily PCNs and track all activity in CRM, including follow-ups
• Conduct calls with professionalism and discipline:
• Always on camera, with clear audio (external microphone required)
• Calls recorded and transcripts shared after each session
• Clean background, no interruptions or noise
• Visible name and title on Zoom
• Energy and enthusiasm on every call — treat each one like your first

Requirements
• Full-time availability (choose shift: 8AM–6PM or 12PM–10PM Dubai time)
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus
• Polished appearance, good lighting, professional setup
• Strong CRM discipline (GoHighLevel or similar)
• Background in financial services, investments, or high-ticket sales preferred
• If you don’t know an answer, never guess — confirm with the team before replying

Compensation
• Base salary $1000 per month + performance commissions
