As we continue to grow, we are looking to add a few results-oriented Leads Managers to our team.
This is an inside phone sales position at a real estate investment company. We generate leads through various marketing channels, your job is to call, follow up, nurture, and qualify these leads over the phone. Once you find a qualified lead you will do a live transfer to one of our Acquisition Managers to close the deal. We provide daily training, role play, and resources to ensure you reach your goals. Because this is a phone sales position you could work from anywhere in the world including your own home.(Hours in MST time zone).
What's the pay?
You are paid a base rate of $4 -$6 an hour, depending on past experiences, + commission. The commission is based on net proceeds from deals closed and should be $1000+ a month.
What are hours?
We do a monthly draw to see who works what shifts. So they can change every month.
Morning shift from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm MST (7 hours) Mon to Fri
Afternoon Shift 1:30 pm to 8:30 Pm MST (7 hours) Mon to Fri
Sat and Sun one team member works from 9 am to 5 pm MST
What is a typical sales cycle?
Because we are buying and selling real estate and people's homes the sales cycle can range anywhere from 90-120 days depending on the situation and circumstances.
What are the requirements?
Working computer and stable, strong internet connection
Sales experience
A positive attitude, an open mind, eager to learn, grow, and crush goals
No degree is required!
