Field Reps for Luxury Paper Bags

I need you to take charge of on-the-ground sales for Comça, my company dedicated to premium, fully-customisable paper bags fitted with cord, ribbon or gros-grain handles. Because our product sits at the crossroads of luxury packaging and retail merchandising, proven experience in both the packaging sector and B2B selling is an absolute must—you’ll step in ready to talk substrates, printing finishes and volume pricing with decision-makers, not learn the ropes from scratch.
Your territory will cover France, Germany and Belgium, where you’ll be free to build and nurture a portfolio of retailers and brands that appreciate high-end presentation. Typical day-to-day work includes visiting prospects, demonstrating samples, negotiating terms and closing repeat orders that meet our minimum production runs.
I will support you with product training, marketing collateral and a responsive factory able to meet demanding lead times. In return, I expect:
• A clear pipeline update every fortnight
• Signed purchase orders that align with our capacity plan
• Concise market feedback so we can fine-tune new sizes, papers or handle styles
