FULL-TIME Shopify Loyalty Lion Tapcart VA

We are looking for a detail-oriented Shopify Sales (Loyalty Lion, Tapcart and Klayvio) Virtual Assistant. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable in sales through all of the listed applications. Experience in Tap Cart, loyalty programs, promos, and email sales strategies is a plus, a willingness to learn is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Loyalty Lion and Tapcart sales program through strategy, implementation and follow-up.
- Assist in email marketing campaigns, including queueing, segmentation, and performance tracking.
- Monitor and analyze email marketing KPIs (open rates, CTR, conversions, etc.) to optimize performance.
- Work with email service providers (ESPs) such as Maropost, Klaviyo, Ontraport, or Sendlane.
- Maintain organized records of email and SMS performance, ensuring campaigns align with business goals.
- Collaborate with the team to improve sales and engagement strategies.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and be open to learning new sales and marketing techniques.
Skills and Abilities:
- Experience in Tapcart and Loyalty Lion - Understand how to drive sales with both of these applications.
- Experience in Email Marketing – Familiarity with segmentation, automation, and campaign performance analysis.
- Proficiency in ESPs – Knowledge of at least one platform (Maropost, Klaviyo, Ontraport, or Sendlane).
- Understanding of SMS Marketing – Ability to assist in SMS campaigns and audience targeting.
- Sales & Promotion Knowledge – Experience with loyalty programs, promos, and mobile app sales is a plus.
- Attention to Detail – Strong ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
- Growth Mindset – A willingness to learn new tools, trends, and strategies.
- Strong Communication Skills – Ability to collaborate with a remote team effectively.
Bonus Skills (Not Required, but a Plus!):
- Basic design skills for email templates.
- Experience with A/B testing and customer retention strategies.
Working hours:
Monday to Friday (from 7am - 3pm EST), 8 hrs a day
Compensation:
Hourly rate: $7 - 10 + performance based commission
