We have a free wi-fi system that gets 100-200 free users a day onto the system spread over about 1 city block.

We offer 10 minutes a day for free. We are looking to also expand the system and likely see 300-500 users a day.

We're looking for someone who can help re-design the layout, help us engage with the user and try and convert 10-20% into paying customers.
