Remote Sales Manager Position for U.S. and Canada Projects (Mostly Beauty Industry, but not only)

We are looking for a Sales Manager with experience in sales via messaging and phone, and with a strong command of English (American/Canadian English proficiency is a must)!

Requirements:
- Fluent English (essential for projects in the U.S. and Canada); Russian language proficiency is a plus
- Proven experience in sales through messaging and phone communication
- Sales experience in the beauty niche is preferred
- Experience working with a female audience is required
- The role involves not only beauty projects but also a lamp store and training programs for beauty professionals
- Availability during U.S. and Canadian working hours; quick response to incoming leads is essential

Responsibilities:
- We utilize targeted ads on Instagram and Facebook, with leads generated through Instagram ads/lead forms. Your role will be to engage with leads and close sales.
- You will primarily work with a female audience (beauty niche)
- Expected lead volume is 3-10 per day, depending on the project

Compensation:
- Remote work
- Flexible schedule, with prompt responses to all leads required
- Trial period: 5-10% of sales
- After the trial, if results are good, a fixed rate + commission is negotiable
